The people behind the magic.
Meet the CopperHouse team.
We're a team of event specialists, creatives and planners
who bring decades of combined experience to every project we deliver.
But what truly sets us apart is how we work. We place our clients at the heart of everything we do, building genuine partnerships founded on trust, collaboration and shared ambition. We immerse ourselves in your objectives, understand what success looks like, and work alongside you every step of the way to achieve it.
We're passionate about the details and relentless in our pursuit of elevating every experience. Whether it's refining a delegate journey, elevating a creative concept or ensuring flawless delivery on-site, we're always looking for opportunities to go further and create greater impact.
We love what we do, we're proud of what we create, and we care deeply about the people and brands we work with. That's why our clients see us not simply as a supplier, but as a trusted partner invested in their long-term success.

Jen Richley
Jen built CopperHouse from the ground up, and that founding energy - restless, ambitious, always thinking three steps ahead - is still what drives everything the company does. She's the kind of leader who genuinely can't switch off, not because she has to but because the passion is real, and it shows in every client relationship, every pitch, and every event that carries the CopperHouse name. Her vision has always been bigger than just delivering events: it's about creating something people feel part of, a journey they're genuinely excited to be on. Outside of work she's equally full throttle - daily training, running, live music, and the kind of mum who brings that same all-in energy home. She finds the joy in everything, and it's infectious.

Jessica Heath
Jess leads large-scale events from first spark of an idea to the final curtain, with a talent for turning bold creative concepts into experiences people genuinely can't stop talking about. She's at her best when the brief is ambitious, the stakes are high, and there's a chance to do something that's never been done before. Off the clock, you'll find her with an Old Fashioned in hand, fully convinced she's the coolest person in the room — and honestly, she might be right.

Lucy Brown
Lucy is the kind of project manager who makes complex, multi-moving-part events look effortless — keeping clients informed, suppliers on track, and timelines intact without ever losing her calm. She brings the same determination to her personal goals too: she's mid-training for a half marathon (with a full one firmly in her sights) and never without a holiday booked, because she firmly believes there should always be something on the horizon worth running towards.

Sophie Boulton
With years of industry experience and an encyclopaedic knowledge of venues across the UK and beyond, Sophie is the person you want in your corner when a venue brief is complicated, the budget is tight, and the bar is high. A formidable negotiator who consistently delivers both wow-factor and value, she's almost certainly already visited, sourced, or formed a strong opinion on any venue that lands on her desk. She also competes in HYROX events, which tells you everything you need to know about her attitude to a challenge — and her sense of humour stays sharp throughout.

Kerstyn Tabberer
With over 13 years spanning agency, venue, and client-side environments, Kerstyn leads CopperHouse's sales and client services division with the kind of depth that means she genuinely gets it - the brief, the pressure, the politics, and what success actually looks like for each client. From venue sourcing to complex global event delivery, she's the steady, experienced hand that makes the whole journey feel less daunting and more exciting. When she's not pitching or planning, she's on the reformer Pilates mat - usually followed by a glass of Côtes de Provence rosé, because balance is everything.

Lola Webster
Lola has a genuine talent for reading a brief and finding venues that tick every practical box while still delivering something that feels special - whether that's a city-centre conference space, a hidden gem for an off-site, or a luxury hotel for an incentive programme. She's fast becoming a trusted name in the venue landscape, building strong partner relationships and staying ahead of new openings and trends. In the office, she's also the unofficial soundtrack curator - Heart Noughties plays on a loop, and her colleagues now accept that any given Tuesday afternoon may include an unsolicited but very passionate ranking of Girls Aloud's greatest hits.

Helen Wildgoose
Helen has delivered just about every kind of corporate and hospitality event you can imagine - across the UK and internationally - and somehow still finds the challenge genuinely exciting. She's the calm in the middle of the chaos, the person who makes sure every detail is locked down so the experience feels effortless from the outside, even when the reality behind the scenes is anything but. When she's not building events, she's out building miles - hiking, exploring, and already planning the next trip somewhere new.

Sara Cavero
Sara bridges the gap between events and technology, helping organisations create seamless experiences for attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organisers alike. With extensive experience in EventsAir and event management platforms, she leads the development of event websites, registration journeys, attendee portals, mobile apps, reporting dashboards, and branded digital experiences for conferences and corporate events around the world. She combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the event industry, transforming complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Outside of work, she's usually balancing family life, a strong coffee habit, and a never-ending list of creative ideas.
